Feb. 6

Terrorist threats: At 10:54 troopers responded to Penncrest High School for a student who made death treats toward two students and has been harassing another student. One student provided text messages from the suspect. The threats dated from Jan. 13 to Feb. 6.

Jan. 20

Drugs: About 6 p.m., troopers stopped a white Ford Transit van on Interstate 95 south mile marker 9 in Tinicum Township. The 35-year-old male operator from Peachtree Corner, Ga., was charged with drug possession.

Oct. 2

Retail theft: About 5:44 p.m., troopers responded to Lululemon on Baltimore Pike in Concord for a theft. It was reported five males entered the store, grabbed approximately $17,988 of merchandise using trash bags and armfuls and fled the store in a unknown direction. A BMW was reportedly involved and a 34-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested.

Assault: At 3:44 p.m., a facility on Concord Road in Concord Township reported an assault overnight involving staff. The victim was a 75-year-old female, no additional information was provided.
