The Berks County sheriff’s office is seeking the following fugitives:

Timothy Bentley Jr.Timothy Bentley Jr.

Timothy Bentley Jr., 36, whose last known address was in the 600 block of Barlet Road, Ruscombmanor Township, is wanted on charges of fleeing to elude an officer, retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Northern Berks Regional police said Bentley was operating a motorcycle in Blandon on Feb. 20 when he was spotted by an officer who was aware that Bentley had active warrants on retail theft and receiving stolen property charges. When the officer attempted to stop the motorcycle, Bentley rode away at a high rate of speed. He crashed the motorcycle and fled on foot.

He is described as 5 feet 10 inches and 145 pounds.

Scott GodbeyScott Godbey

Scott Godbey, 56, whose last known address was in Bethlehem, is wanted on charges of acquisition of or obtaining possession of controlled substance by fraud.

Northern Berks Regional police said Godbey presented false documents to obtain possession of a controlled substance at a Blandon pharmacy on Nov. 20.

He is described as 5 feet 3 inches and 190 pounds.
