Breakfast and lunch are coming back to the former Darto’s property in Bethlehem when a new cafe holds its grand opening next week.
North Street Cafe announced it will hold a soft opening Monday and a grand opening March 6 at 46 W. North St. in Bethlehem.
Menu items will include French toast, pancakes, waffles, eggs, wraps, burgers, gyros, quesadillas and salads.
“We are so excited and hope to have your support!” the restaurant said online. “Blessings to all and thank you so much!”
The cafe will replace Bilal’s Breakfast & Sandwiches, which opened in May and closed December, and the Darto’s restaurant that closed last March after roughly four decades of operation.
