Pittsburgh police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 67-year-old woman who is considered endangered and has been diagnosed with dementia.Marie Alphonse was last seen at approximately 11:45 a.m. Thursday on Lawndale Street in the city’s Homewood North neighborhood near the border with Penn Hills.Police said Alphonse is Haitian and does not speak English but will respond to her name.She was described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall and about 90 pounds with gray hair.She was last seen wearing a brown or tan Carhartt brand jacket, unknown style of pants, sneakers, and a large tan hat with a big brim.
