Pittsburgh Public Safety said two people were attacked by a dog in Pittsburgh’s East Hills neighborhood.In a news release, they said it happened on the 8400 block of Dersam Street at about 2:30 p.m. Thursday.The man who owned the dog and a woman who lives nearby both suffered bite wounds.The woman was taken to the hospital in an ambulance while the dog’s owner took himself to the hospital.None of the injuries were considered life-threatening.Pittsburgh Public Safety said Animal Care & Control officers took the dog to an emergency veterinary facility where it will be euthanized.A second dog owned by the same man was taken to Humane Animal Rescue Pittsburgh.
