OBITUARY
Sheila Ann Hartman, 82, of Peckville, died Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at home.
Her husband was the late Donald Edward Hartman, Sr.
She was the former Sheila Hendricks. Born in Scranton, Pa., to the late Hannah Crosby and Joseph Hendricks Sr., She was a beloved wife and mother.
Sheila worked as a janitor at Haband and as a waitress for over 20 years including at St. George’s Restaurant in Peckville.
She is survived by a son, Donald Edward Hartman, Jr. and wife, Sandra of East Stroudsburg; a daughter, Debra Cosenza and husband Shawn of Peckville, and 4 grandchildren, Charlene, Donald III, Abigail and Tyler. Also surviving are brothers, Richard and wife, Linda; and Paul Hendricks; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by, sisters, Jane Kelly and Barbara Bolsar; and brother, Joseph Hendricks, Jr. and companion Frank Kelly.
A celebration of life will be at St. George’s Restaurant in Jessup, on Sunday March 1st, from 11am to 1pm. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Louis M. Margotta Funeral Home, Jessup.
