A three-vehicle collision on the Liberty Bridge in Pittsburgh resulted in one death and multiple injuries.Pittsburgh Public Safety said police were dispatched to the Liberty Bridge just before 1 a.m. Sunday for a crash. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a collision involving three vehicles, with one vehicle engulfed in flames. Three occupants inside the vehicle on fire were pinned inside. Officers were able to extinguish the fire and get an adult man and an adult woman out of the car. The third adult female passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.The adult man in the second vehicle was checked by Pittsburgh Bureau of EMS paramedics on scene and did not require transport. The adult occupant of the third vehicle was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. The Accident Investigation Unit was called to the scene and is investigating the incident.
