For two weeks this month, South Kensington will transform into a vibrant hub for art lovers, collectors and creatives alike as March for Art returns to Philadelphia.

Hosted by InLiquid, the annual celebration of contemporary visual arts runs March 9 through 20 at Icebox Project Space inside the Crane Arts Building. The event doubles as a dynamic exhibition and a silent auction — and this year’s edition promises more than 200 works of contemporary fine art created by working artists from across the Philadelphia region.

More than just a sale, March for Art is designed as an immersive experience. Over the course of two weeks, visitors can explore the expansive exhibition, attend special programming and connect directly with the artists behind the work. The event bridges the gap between creators, collectors and art professionals, fostering relationships that extend beyond the gallery walls.

“March for Art is Philadelphia’s largest art sale featuring Philadelphia-based artists and designers,” said Rachel Zimmerman, Executive Director and Founder of InLiquid. “It’s a truly unique opportunity to see, support and purchase artwork by our city’s foremost artists.”

For two decades, InLiquid has gathered the region’s creative community for this signature fundraising event, which celebrates the vibrant arts culture while sharing proceeds from each sale with participating artists. The artist-first model ensures direct financial support for working artists and sustains InLiquid’s nonprofit mission.
