As Black History Month comes to a close, the Booker T. Washington Center held an event to commemorate the month.
The event was held at the community center. It featured speakers, booths, entertainment, and vendors.
It was a chance for people to learn and appreciate their culture and educate children.
Mayor Daria Devlin was one of the guest speakers.
The goal of the event was to leave people feeling filled with pride, joy, and a renewed spirit of resilience.
