MOSCOW, Pa. — One man is locked up after allegedly driving intoxicated in a fatal wrong-way crash in Lackawanna County.
Castillo was arraigned Saturday and is being held without bail on homicide by vehicle, aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, and other related charges.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 12th.
