Bibliophiles rejoice, the Friends of the Scranton Public Library’s book sale runs until Saturday at the Marketplace at Steamtown on the 2nd floor in the area in front of Crunch Fitness. Selection includes fiction, nonfiction, adult, children’s, large print books, DVDs, CDs and audio books. Prices from $1 to $2, with children’s books from 25 cents to $1. The hours are today through Friday 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. On Saturday, patrons may buy a tote bag for $5 and fill it. As a community service, all teachers and those who work for nonprofits can take as many books as they can use for free on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
