Eight months ago, the Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority announced its first tenant, Odis 12, for its Joint Operations Facility complex.
The original target date for Odis 12 to open a second location in the commercial retail space located under EMTA’s parking garage was St. Patrick’s Day, but that has been pushed back.
EMTA CEO Jeremy Peterson told Erie News Now this afternoon, “They are waiting for approval from the Building Inspection Underwriters of PA.”
Once that happens, Odis 12 will be able to start moving in restaurant equipment.
Peterson is now hoping for an opening date sometime in June.
