A military helicopter made a “precautionary” landing Wednesday afternoon in Berks County, according to Fort Indiantown Gap. The UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter put down in a field near Weaver and Moyer roads in Robeson Township. The Daily Mess in Berks County shared video (posted above) with WGAL from the scene, which showed the large helicopter in a field behind a tall fence. Rescue vehicles, including a fire truck, were parked nearby. WGAL reached out to Fort Indiantown Gap for comment. They shared the following statement:”An UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter carrying two members of the Pennsylvania National Guard made a precautionary landing near Morgantown, Pa. on March 4.
