BETHLEHEM, N.Y. (WNYT) – A man from Delmar is accused of having sexual relations with a minor.

Bethlehem Police said Michael S. Landsman, 47, has been charged with second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, second-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Landsman was arraigned and sent to Albany County Jail without bail. He is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on Oct. 28 at 4 p.m.
