READING, Pa. – The City of Reading has announced that Halloween on Penn will return for the 5th straight year.
It is scheduled for Thursday, October 30th from 5 to 8 p.m. in the 600 block of Penn Street.
The event will include dozens of vendors offering free candy, prizes, and other goodies.
There will also be pumpkin decorating stations and a photo booth.
Guests are encouraged to show off their costumes.
