An industrial building near Lehigh Valley International Airport was recently sold for $22 million.
California-based Watson Land Co. purchased the 198,000-square-foot building at 795 Roble Road in Hanover Township, Lehigh County, in January, according to Lehigh County records.
The seller was New Jersey-based C&K Plastics, which bought the property in 2007 for $6.4 million. The building houses its Pennsylvania Profile Extrusion Division.
The building sits on about 20 acres of land in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park III.
Watson owns an additional Lehigh Valley warehouse in Weisenberg Township.
In 2023, the Lehigh Valley Planning Commission reviewed a proposal to demolish the building and replace it with a 307,500-square-foot industrial building.
Representatives from Watson were not immediately available for comment.
