Karen Rosalie Davis, age 61, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Lower Burrell, passed away on March 5, 2026.

Born on June 28, 1964, in Lower Burrell, she was the beloved daughter of Clifford and Phyllis Atkinson.

Karen was the loving wife of Jeff Davis. She was a proud mother to her daughter, Lauren (Brandon) Gasowski, and her son, Jake (Amanda Martin) Davis. Karen was also a cherished sister to Judy (Chuck) Tipton, Lorraine (Bob) Eyler, and Art (Melissa) Atkinson and sister-in-law to Amy (Chris) McShane. In addition to her immediate family, Karen is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Karen found her greatest happiness in the simple but meaningful moments of life, especially the time she spent surrounded by her family and friends. Whether it was sharing a meal, enjoying a conversation, or gathering for special occasions, Karen treasured being with the people she loved most. She had a deep appreciation for sunny days and the sense of peace and happiness they brought, reminding her to slow down and enjoy life’s little moments.

Karen had a truly caring and compassionate heart. She possessed a natural ability to make others feel comforted, supported, and valued. Friends and family alike knew they could always turn to her for encouragement, a listening ear, or a helping hand. Karen often placed the needs of others before her own, quietly offering her time, love, and support without hesitation. Her kindness, warmth, and generous spirit left a lasting impression on everyone she met, and the love she shared will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.

A private Celebration of Life to honor Karen’s memory will be held at a later date.
