The fourth annual Arts & Crafts Fair will be held Saturday, Nov. 1, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 550 Madison Ave. in Scranton. For a $2 admission, shop from over 20 vendors: food, bake sale, artisan specialties, crafts, and one-of-a-kind creations for thoughtful gifts.
