VFW Shopa-Davey 6082 Auxiliary, Peckville, will hold a Pocono Cheesecake fundraiser for Lent. Each cheesecake is 6 inches and costs $16. Available flavors are original, Oreo, peanut butter cup and raspberry swirl. Deadline to preorder is March 18. To place preorders, call Pete at 570-335-5551 or the post at 570-383-0501. Prepayment is appreciated at the post home, 123 Electric St. Cheesecakes will be available for pickup April 1 and April 2 from noon-5 p.m. A very limited quantity will be available the day of pickup.
