Dozens of protesters showed up for the Stop the War in Iran Emergency Protest on Saturday at IRMC Park.
Protesters waved signs with slogans like “No Wars,” “No Justice No Peace,” “No More Forever War” and “Innocent Children Don’t Deserve War,” among other messages.
Saturday’s protest was organized by Indiana County Common Good.
“Trump’s unprovoked, illegal attack on Iran is an act of war that threatens to cause unthinkable death and destruction,” the protest’s Facebook Event said. “But the people of this country reject another endless war and will take to the streets now and make our voices heard.”
