Skiers and snowboarders slide across pond at annual Bear Creek event | Allentown Area

LONGSWAMP TOWNSHIP, Pa. – Skiers and snowboarders showed off a different kind of skill set on Sunday. 

They glided across a pond at Bear Creek Mountain Resort in Longswamp Township.

Some wore costumes for the annual pond skimming competition.

Eagles mascot Swoop was also there.

Lehigh Valley-based reggae band Trouble City All-Stars provided live music.

The event benefits the Eagles Autism Foundation.
