Police are investigating after a 22-year-old man was shot in the stomach in Southwest Philadelphia.
Chopper 3 was over the scene of the shooting on the 2600 block of Carroll Street in the city’s Elmwood neighborhood.
There are no reports so far of a suspect.
The victim is in critical but stable condition.
