READING, Pa. – Something’s brewing at the Dana South site in Northwest Reading.
That’s the nearly 50-acre property located behind Clinton Street.
Tonight, an ordinance will be introduced at the Reading City Council meeting that calls for selling the property to “C.B. Development.”
The ordinance lists a price tag of five million dollars.
There is no word on what’s planned for the site.
Another company looked to put a warehouse there a few years ago, but those plans fell through.
