The NFL on Monday announced 33 compensatory picks to be awarded to teams for the 2026 draft.
Three teams received four comp picks that led the league in this cycle: the Philadelphia Eagles, Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers.
Four teams, including the Eagles and Steelers, received third-round comp picks. The picks are only awarded at the end of Rounds 3-7.
Teams are awarded comp picks on factors ranging from teams losing more or better free agents than it acquired the previous offseason and/or having minorities hired as a head coach or general manager by another franchise.
Baltimore has received a league-high 64 comp picks through free agency since the program started in 1994. Here’s the full list of comp picks in 2026, with the draft set for April 23-25 in Pittsburgh:
