Pennsylvania man accused of exposing himself to child at Florida Beach

A man has been arrested after police said he exposed himself to a child in Cocoa Beach.According to the Cocoa Beach Police Department, 69-year-old Ray Torralbes approached the child, asked what hotel he was staying in and what the room number was, before opening his pants and exposing himself.Officers responded to the area of North Atlantic Avenue in reference to the incident.Upon arrival, police approached a resident who asked if they were “looking for someone.”That’s when the resident pointed out Torralbes down the street.Torralbes was taken into custody and told the police he was going to the bathroom and “some kid was there,” according to the arrest report.He also told CBPD that people came up to him, accusing him of exposing himself, but he denied doing it intentionally.Torralbes was also charged with public lewdness in the state of New York twice before his arrest in Cocoa Beach.He currently lives in Pennsylvania, and claims to be in Florida visiting family and friends.In this incident, Torralbes is charged with lewd lascivious behavior and was given a $500 bond.
