STILLWATER, OKLA. – The University of Pennsylvania men’s tennis team suffered its fifth loss of the season on Tuesday against #35 Oklahoma State in Stillwater, 4-3.

The Cowboys took two completed doubles matches in the second and third spots as the Quakers trailed by one heading into singles.

Freshman Vojtech Vales continued his strong play in his first season with Penn as he recorded the first singles win of the evening in straight sets.

#52 Manfredi Graziani won the next match for the Quakers as he defeated Allesio Basile in the first slot and tied the match up at 2-2.

The Quakers and Cowboys split the next two matches as it came down to Luka Butera and Nicolas Kobelt in the second spot.

Butera took the first set 6-2 but Kobelt secured the next two as the Cowboys emerged with a 4-3 victory.
