WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — With just about two months to go until primary Election Day in Pennsylvania, residents who reside in the 3rd Congressional District, currently served by Rep. Dwight Evans (D), will have an opportunity to hear from the men and women who hope to replace him.
