It happened shortly after 1:30 a.m. The first calls came in for reports of a tractor trailer over an embankment along the Pennsylvania Turnpike near mile marker 82. Crews could be seen working to get the tractor trailer cleared from a hillside not far from the Dairy Queen on 31.
