A man allegedly carjacked and crashed a vehicle in a Pittsburgh neighborhood after trying to steal another car earlier in the day.A woman told authorities a man, later identified as Ervin Moore, got into her vehicle and tried to start it but got out when he could not.The complaint states Moore had his hands in his pockets and told the victim not to scream or “I’ll shoot you.”A short time later, authorities said someone reported to 911 that a man had stolen a vehicle.The victim said the man, also identified as Moore, opened her door after she got into her car, grabbed her and pulled her out of the vehicle.Moore is accused of speeding off in the vehicle, then crashing on Penn Avenue and Trenton Avenue. He was taken into custody after attempting to run from the scene. Moore is facing multiple charges including flight to avoid apprehension, reckless driving and terroristic threats.
