SCRANTON — The Office 5K: Season Five returns to Scranton on Saturday, May 2, bringing hundreds of fans to run through the real locations featured in NBC’s “The Office.”
This year’s guest cast member is Bobby Ray Shafer Jr., who played Bob Vance, owner of Vance Refrigeration, and Phyllis’ husband. He made a cameo in the first episode of “The Paper,” a recent spinoff of “The Office.”
Over 500 runners are already registered. Event details and registration are online at theoffice5k.com.
The race benefits the local nonprofit Valley In Motion.
