PITTSBURGH — Strong storms have knocked out power in communities across Western Pennsylvania.

As of 11:00 p.m., Duquesne Light Company was reporting around 267 outages.

As of 11:00 p.m., West Penn Power was reporting 3,453 outages in the region. The local impact was:

Armstrong County: 296 power outagesButler County 1,315 power outagesWestmoreland County: 103 power outages
