SOMERSET, Mass. (WJAR) — The Somerset Police Department said a Pennsylvania man was arrested with assistance from the Swissvale Braddock Hills Regional Police Department in Pennsylvania in connection with a child enticement case.

Twenty-two-year-old Sean Melko was charged with extortion by threat of injury, child in nude, lascivious exhibition, dissemination of obscene matter to a minor, enticing a child under 16, and contributing to the3 delinquency of a minor.

The department said it received a report of a juvenile being victimized over social media platforms in December 2025.

During an investigation that included multiple search warrants, detectives discovered that multiple juvenile’s were being victimized in multiple states by user going by the moniker “Ollie.”

An undercover officer then began communicating with the suspect as though he was a 14-year-old.

“Ollie” then allegedly sent sexually explicit images to the officer, and requested similar content in return, which was not reciprocated.

Melko was allegedly identified as “Ollie,” and the Swissvale police arrested him.

Melko will be transported to Massachusetts at a later date to face the listed charges.
