Wind advisory issued for most of south-central Pennsylvania

The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for most of south-central Pennsylvania. The advisory is in effect for the following counties until 11 a.m. Saturday:Cumberland Dauphin Franklin Juniata Lebanon Mifflin Perry The WGAL News 8 Storm Team also declared Friday an Impact Day due to the strong winds. Winds: 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. Impacts: Possible isolated power outages, downed tree limbs and unsecured outdoor items blown aroundPrecautions: Secure outdoor objects like trash cans, decorations and furniture. Use caution while driving.
