BATH BOROUGH, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police continue to investigate a brawl in downtown Bath in Northampton County, but so far, no arrests have been made.

The fight took place late Thursday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. on East Main Street and police say it involved between 15 and 20 juveniles.

In surveillance footage obtained by 69 News, you can see one female actually get out of her car, and leave it in the middle of East Main Street. After several minutes, the confrontation on the side of the street escalated into punches thrown.

At one point, someone climbs into a car and speeds away from the scene.

A little later on, the female is seen in the footage coming up from behind and punching one male.

“The kids, that walk around here, I don’t really trust at all. They’re always looking for some kind of altercation,” said Deborah Hillbert of Bath.

One office worker tells me she saw the fight outside her window. She feared for her safety and locked the door. She also says she saw a gun.

Bath Mayor Fiorella Mirabito says authorities confirmed there was no shooting and no serious injuries were reported.

“She left her car in the middle of the road. These are children,” said Sean Snyder, proprietor of the Fox Gentleman’s Club.

Sean Snyder showed us the entire video, recorded on the security camera above his business.

“They jumped out and it was an all-out brawl,” he described.

Snyder says police were on scene within 20 minutes, closing down East Main Street for more than three hours.

Snyder believes that because of the nature of his business, authorities incorrectly assumed the fight originated from there.

State Police can be seen in video drawing their guns before entering the club.

“They ran in here and just raided the place. There were six cops, with rifles. They held all the employees up (at gunpoint) and the customers and acted like we were criminals,” Snyder said.

Snyder says the situation was diffused, and he shared his video with the police.

“Yes, it’s wrong. They shouldn’t be fighting. But go to school the next day and pick them all up. But don’t raid businesses like that,” he said.

The Pennsylvania State Police are still conducting interviews and looking at video of the incident.
