SCRANTON, Pa. — A shooting at South Side’s ‘Big Daddy’s’ lounge on Cedar Avenue injured two people Saturday in Scranton.
Lackawanna County District Attorney Brian Gallagher confirmed to Newswatch 16 that a shooting in Scranton’s South Side left two people injured but that they are expected to survive. The shooting is under investigation by Scranton Police, according to Gallagher. He says charges are expected against two people for that shooting.
Lackawanna County officials say the first report of the shooting along Cedar Avenue was just after 1:30 a.m. Saturday. The scene was cleared around 8 a.m.
No details yet on what led to that shooting, our crews at the scene Saturday morning saw police scouring a parking lot outside the bar.
