BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Multi-platinum country star Russell Dickerson will headline Musikfest 2026 on July 31 at the Wind Creek Steel Stage at PNC Plaza, ArtsQuest announced Monday, March 16.
Dickerson becomes the 10th headliner revealed for the 11-day festival, leaving one slot still to be announced. The show is sponsored by Shift4 and presented with media partner Cat Country 96.
ArtsQuest members can purchase tickets beginning today. General public ticket sales open Friday, March 20, at ArtsQuest.org.
Dickerson has scored six No. 1 country hits, including “Yours” (3x Platinum), “Blue Tacoma” (2x Platinum), “Love You Like I Used To” (2x Platinum), “Every Little Thing” (Platinum), “God Gave Me a Girl” and “Happen to Me,” which also crossed over to pop radio. He has accumulated more than 3 billion career streams.
His fourth studio album, “Famous Back Home,” was released Aug. 22, 2025, through Triple Tigers. Dickerson co-wrote all but two of the 12 songs on the record — the first time he has included outside cuts on an album.
In a March 3 interview with Entertainment Focus, Dickerson described the creative approach behind his recent work. “I keep having more fun and that’s where the magic comes from,” he said, adding that recording “Famous Back Home” allowed him to move beyond genre conventions. “I want Russell Dickerson — so go for it.”
Dickerson also hinted at new material in the pipeline for 2026. “We’ve been in the studio and we’ve got releases planned,” he said. “I think everybody is going to be pleasantly surprised with what we have coming this year.”
He released the “Worth Your Wild” EP on March 9.
The album followed the sold-out Russellmania Tour 2025, which began March 14, 2025, in Nashville. Dickerson later added a second and third leg that extended the run through November 2025.
Musikfest 2026 runs July 31 through Aug. 9. Last year’s festival drew 1,449,000 attendees across more than 500 free performances on 16 stages throughout Bethlehem. For festival information and tickets, visit artsquest.org/musikfest.
