PITTSBURGH, PA — A Pittsburgh-area school district is mourning the loss of a student who died Friday night in a dirt bike accident.
Counselors are on hand today in the California Area School District to help people cope with the loss of the student, whose identity has not yet been released.
“The California Area Trojan family mourns with and offers our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and loved ones most impacted by this tragedy,”a message on the school district’s Facebook page stated.
“We stand together as a community, united in support of the family during this profound loss.”
Further information on the accident was not immediately available Monday morning.
