ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Two men who were facing homicide and assault charges in the death of 27-year-old Jose Tirado-Ramirez have been found not guilty.

Tirado-Ramirez died at the hospital after he was shot near the C-Town Market on Tilghman Street in May 2023.

Adalberto Morales-Ortiz and Axel Gadiel Fontanez-Morales were both found not guilty of criminal homicide in court proceedings Friday. Aggravated Assault charges were also withdrawn.
