Franklin J. Seber
OBITUARY
Franklin J. Seber, 70, of Moosic died Friday, March 13, 2026, at home.
Born in Scranton he was the son of the late Franklin Fab and Mary Hawter Seber. A graduate of Scranton Technical High School, Class of 1973 he attended Penn State University and Williamsport Community College. Prior to retirement he was employed as a project supervisor for PennDOT.
He enjoyed bowling, dancing at his sisters dance studio, and gambling. He loved to travel with his brother Mark especially to Atlantic City and Vegas. Frankie enjoyed his time spent with his family and friends along with his fur Niece and Nephew. He will be greatly missed.
Surviving are sister Mary Borgia and husband Ralph, Scranton; brothers, Alan and wife Mellody, Delaware, Mark and wife Veronica, Scranton; nieces Goddaughter Christina Seber and Jennifer Serena; nephew Mark Seber II.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Pauls Church, 1510 Penn Ave., Scranton.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Solfanelli-Fiorillo Funeral Home Inc., 1030 N. Main Ave., Scranton.
