Theresa E. Youshock
OBITUARY
Theresa E. Youshock, 87, of Olyphant died Sunday, March 15, 2026, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Eugene Youshock who died in 1987.
Born in Throop, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Margaret Pollock Rabel. She graduated as valedictorian of Throop High School, Class of 1956, and from the Scranton State Hospital School of Nursing. Prior to retirement she worked at the Lackawanna Health Care Center.
Theresa found her greatest joy in spending time with her family, making home cooked meals and celebrating holidays together. She enjoyed traveling with her family, especially trips to Atlantic City with her gambling partner Maggie.
Surviving are children, Maggie Rosetti and husband Dean, Eileen Gdovin and husband Jim, Eugene Youshock and wife Teresa and Michael Youshock and wife Karen; grandchildren Dean Rosetti, Jamie Leitz and husband John, Jeffrey Gdovin and wife Kelsey, Ryan Youshock, Sarah Youshock; great-granddaughters Allie and Juliette Rosetti and Zoe and Hannah Leitz; brother Andy Rabel; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by grandson Christopher Rosetti; sister Delores Zagursky.
Private funeral services and interment in SS. Cyril & Methodius Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Arthur A. Albini Funeral Home, 1003 Church St., Jessup.
