The band that once backed Jimmy Buffet will kick off its “Keep the Party Going” tour this July, with its first stop in the Lehigh Valley.

Jimmy Buffett’s Coral Reefer Band, which backed the Rock & Roll Hall of Famer beginning in 1973, will perform July 9 at the Wind Creek Event Center in Bethlehem, LiveNation announced Monday in a news release. Many of the band’s members performed with Buffett, who died in 2023, for over 30 years, the release states.

Led by 10-time County Music Award winner Mac McAnally, the 19-date run will celebrate the songs of the Buffett, who asked fans to “keep the party going” after his death, show organizers said.

“Fans can expect an evening filled with many of the iconic songs that defined Buffett’s career, as well as deep cuts and special insights and stories from the musicians who shared such a deep connection with Jimmy,” the release states.

Tickets are available for Citi cardmembers through 10 p.m. Thursday, and for the general public at 10 a.m. Friday. They can be purchased at LiveNation.com.
