CUMRU TWP., Pa. – Berks County Department of Emergency Services told 69 News that part of Route 724 is closed due to a motor vehicle accident.
Officials say the road is closed between Rt. 10 and I-176. The roadway will be closed for an extended period.
Police ask drivers to avoid the area.
911 dispatchers say fire, police, and EMS are on scene.
