Giant donates 200 hams to Helping Harvest Food Bank in Reading | Reading Area

SPRING TWP., Pa. – Giant grocery store employees are giving a helping hand to the Helping Harvest Food Bank.

Giant donated 200 hams to the food bank in Spring Township Tuesday morning.

Employees stuck around to help organize and restock the shelves.

All told, Giant is donating 3,000 hams to food banks this spring.

Helping Harvest distributed more than 11 million pounds of food last year to folks in Berks and Schuylkill counties.
