The Pittsburgh Steelers have brought in several players for pre-draft visits over the last few weeks. The Steelers are allotted 30 pre-draft visitorr prior to the 2026 NFL Draft.

Prospects from the Pittsburgh area, whether through college or high school, do not count against the Steelers’ 30 allowed pre-draft visitors.

The Steelers hosted Miami offensive tackle Markel Bell for a pre-draft visit on March 6. He was the first reported visitor.

Bell is a massive human, standing at 6-foot-9, 346 pounds. He’s also fast for his size, posting an impressive 5.36 in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine. Bell has nine-inch hands and an arm length of 36 3/8.

The Steelers also hosted Washington cornerback Ephesians Prysock for a pre-draft visit.

Prysock was named an All-Big Ten honorable mention last season after starting all 13 games for the Huskies. Prysock totaled 48 tackles — fifth-most on the team — and had an interception and seven pass breakups, as well.

Last week, the Steelers hosted Penn State tight end Khalil Dinkins for a pre-draft visit, according to Mike DeFabo of The Athletic. Dinkins ia a North Allegheny grad, so he doesn’t count against the 30 total pre-draft visits that are allotted for each team.

The Steelers released Jonnu Smith and Connor Heyward signed with the Las Vegas Raiders in free agency, so a depth tight end is needed.

Dinkins, who stands at 6-foot-4, 251 pounds, ran a 4.71 in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine. He also posted a 1.7 10-yard split, 32.5 vertical jump, 9′ 11″ broad jump, and 25 reps on the bench press, which was 225 pounds.
