PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — A Philadelphia Water Department truck appeared to have fallen through part of the road after a water main break in Kensington.
It happened on Frankford Avenue near Wishart Street on Tuesday night.
A large truck was brought in to help get the water department truck out.
A viewer tells Action News there have been at least two water main breaks on this street in the last two months.
Action News has reached out to the water department, but we have not heard back.
