Person taken to hospital after being hit by vehicle in Allentown | Allentown Area

ALLENTOWN, Pa. – One person is in the hospital after being hit by a vehicle in Allentown.

Police responded to a call of a struck pedestrian on 6th and Chester Streets.

It happened just after 11 p.m. Wednesday.

The pedestrian was taken to the hospital and is said to be stable and alert.

Authorities say the driver remained on scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
