The Office of Special Events is seeking volunteers to assist with the University of Pittsburgh’s spring undergraduate commencement ceremony on May 3 at Acrisure Stadium.
Any faculty member, staffer, student or student group can sign up to help make this a memorable and fun-filled day for graduates and their families. There are several shifts before and after the ceremony, which begins at 3:30 p.m. Volunteers may help with greeting and seating guests, wayfinding for students, overall event support and more.
All volunteers will receive virtual training the week of April 27 as well as free parking, lunch and reserved seats on the day of the ceremony.
