Reverend Brian E. Gring, Sr.

OBITUARY

Reverend Brian E. Gring, Sr., 69, of Morgantown, entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 15, 2026.

Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Eugene M. Gring and Doris Ann (McFarland) Gring.

Brian was the loving husband of Linda J. (Dentel) Gring, with whom he shared 48 blessed years of marriage, grounded in faith, love, and steadfast commitment.

A faithful servant of Christ, Brian was a member of St. John’s Anglican Church and the founder of Christ Our Savior Anglican Fellowship. He found great joy and purpose in his calling, and he was especially honored to be ordained as a deacon in the Anglican Diocese of Christ Our Hope. Through his ministry, he touched many lives with compassion, humility, and a deep love for the Lord.

His last employment was with Raytek LLC, where he worked as a project estimator. Beyond his work, he found simple joys in life—cheering on the Phillies, spending time with loved ones, and faithfully attending his grandchildren’s sporting and school events. His family was his greatest treasure, and he cherished every moment spent with them.

Brian is survived by his mother, Doris Ann; his cherished wife, Linda; and his children: Debra A. Gring; Brian E. Gring, Jr. and his wife Holly (Talarico); David L. Gring and his wife Sarah (Bennett); and Charles C. Gring and his wife Rebecca (Kuhl). He was the loving grandfather to Logan, Elijah, Olivia, Alex, Scarlett, Stella, Charlie, and Ava. He is also survived by his sisters, Karen, wife of Robert Baranoski, and Carisa Gring.

A Funeral Service celebrating Brian’s life and faith will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Garden Spot Village Chapel, 433 S. Kinzer Avenue, New Holland, PA 17557, with Rev. Mark Rudolph officiating. Family and friends are invited to a viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Caernarvon Cemetery.

In this time of sorrow, we take comfort in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ, trusting that Brian now rests in everlasting peace.

C. Stanley Eckenroth Home for Funerals in Terre Hill is entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
