A Pennsylvania state parole agent is heading to trial for first-degree murder.
Kevin Seelinger is accused of shooting parolee Marchello Woodard during a compliance check in July.
At a pre-trial hearing today, the defense challenged the charge, but the judge upheld it after reviewing evidence and testimony.
Seelinger’s trial is tentatively set for October 5th.
