READING, Pa. – Things are heating up for Reading’s new arena football team.
The Pennsylvania Benjamins gave an update on the team today.
Their schedule is officially set… and will include 12 games — six at home and six away.
The first is planned for April 26th at the Santander Arena.
The team will consist of 30 players — two were announced today.

The linebacker and wide receiver both played football for West Chester University.
The team says it’s ready to start making an impact on the community.
“You’re gonna see a lot more of us in the city… once everything get settled,” says Gregg Fornario, General Manager for the Pennsylvania Benjamins.
The Benjamins will host another try-out this Sunday at Alvernia at noon.
Season tickets are on sale now.
